Yes it can grow a bit wild on the Gold Coast - very wise to keep in pots!! Many years ago, we put a whole wheelbarrow full on our footpath to give away - it worked!! - So yes with move of location, I would love some more - not only good for sunburn, but for kiddy cuts and scraps - keep a leaf (with thorns removed!) in fridge - even more soothing. We have tons of cucumbers growing - great for eating (& tired eyes!!). Can swap you ... Now there's a thought - why not have a produce swap day??!!! Not market quantities, but just all those extras that the family can't (won't) eat - we have herbs, tomatoes, beans, etc...

looking forward to more drunk moments with you! I was surprised when I stopped coffee. I really enjoyed my coffee addiction, which for me related to being more present. I started noticing that when I was craving coffee/caffeine, I was looking for a jolt to bring me fully into the present moment. Its been so great finding I need less jolt as I create more space for presence. I can look back on my pattern and noticed that over the years there's been lots of give up, give in, give up, give in, give up, every time i give up it just gets better and....its all an ongoing process!
